Go to Option Menu > System Utilities > Rebuild Index > All Files 


Step 1 : ( Go to Option> System Utilities and press ENTER. You will get Screen 2 if not

follow Error 1 Screen at the bottom)



Step 2: ( Go to Rebuild Index  and press ENTER, It will take you to the Step 3 )



Step 3: ( Go to All Files and press ENTER, It will take you to Step 4 or final step)



Step 4: ( here for both option press YES and wait till you get the message)




Wait till the screen shows "Rebuild Index Successfully Done.Press any key to continue..." ,

If you get any error message in between the process get complete, probably you may

have encounter a data error. Contact support immediately.


(P.S: Sometime after Option > System Utilities you may get user log in screen. Just press F3 button and

next option chose yes, you will get the rebild index screen)


Error Screen 1: (Press F3 once you get the screen it will take you to the next screen)



Error Screen 2 : (Put your target password here and press ENTER)



Error Screen 3: (Chose option YES and press ENTER , you will get back Rebuild Index

Screen. Now follow the Step 1 -4 above)
